    4.8L Dynotune results

well got the truck back from Xtreme performance and it clocked in with 309rwhp. FYI: This was done on the 22's.

time for some roller rockers arms, Underdrive pulleys, 80mm throttlebody, and 100 shot of spray and I think i'm done

not bad at all, did they dyno the truck before they tuned it? To see what it was making with wheatley's tune in there?

Wow, great numbers for a 4.8. Now its time to get some times at the strip to see what you really gained.
See my truck data in the "My Garage" section here... http://www.ls1truck.com/forums/my-ga...tml#post191709

Awesome bro!!! way to kick ass in the 4.8!!! Im doin the same thing only backwards lol, Im sprayin first then going headers, cam and locker. Those numbers are about what the truck on horsepower on a budget made, and he was a 5.3!!! And to think you almost got rid of the truck

Yeah, my goals keep changing due to the itch of the bug... first i just wanted to run 9.5s, then 8.9s in the 1/8th. which i've done now I want to add some spray and really see how far i can take this 4.8L. lol and I'm glad I didnt end up selling it either...

The cam is badass on the hwy. No more problems at a stop light.. from a 60 punch its insane to think its a 4.8L by watching the speedometer keeping pulling hard.
