    Powder coating

I hava a set of stock chevy wheels and i found a shop that will strip and black powder coat them for 50 a rim, is it worth the money, or should i just get them stripped and paint them my self with rattle can.

I paid about $100 and spent close to 8 hours all together to media blast and rattle can my wheels, I would say 50 a wheel is worth it for the strength of powder coat.

I would say that it's worth it for sure. I've heard people paying around the $100 mark and up.
