Blessed be the Lord my strength which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight:

i run 305/40/22 and have +20mm Offset, 5.75" Backspace with my wheels they are Boss 330's.
Never have had any issues with rubbing, i would just check the wheels you have to make sure they dont have any fitment issues.
my truck is at stock hight in the front and 2' in drop in the rear.
I would just about put my dollars on them being the wrong offset. You should get a wheel with a +35 offset with your drop. The 20x8.5 I have rubbed with 275/45 up front, they are +28 offset. After I put the 245/45 up front I have no more issues but the front of the truck sits about an inch lower with them.
