Bottom half of the dash needs to be replaced(glove box, knee bolster) with it. Not sure if there is more modifying or not.

to make it look right you will also need the 03 dash bezel. some dont do this but it will leave a gap between console and the dash. when you do the bezel youll need to mod your heater controls and then you can run a double din radio. also 03+ colors dont match the previous years.

the part were teh glove box is needs changed as well. ive done this with my rcsb 02 truck.

Yeah I forgot about the bezel thing, and the trmming for the ac controls. A new subdash helps out too but isn't absolutely necessary.

i have the center console of a 04' suburban, i had to change out the glove box and the lower knee booster. The only other thing was re-plug in the power for the cig. lighter and that was about it, i kept my 00 dash bezel i did not get that cause i did not know about the gap that is left but its not much. Ill post a pic of it in the morning, im at my ranch and dont have my camera with me just my cell which has no flash

more than likely along the bottom of the dash bezel, since everything else is pretty much the same.
