    cluster with trans temp

    if i got a new cluster like an ss or something with a trans temp gauge in it how would i make that work
    04 1500 5.3L custom hp tuners tune by myself don have a pic of it yet so hear is my old 01 chevy 5.3 460hp 13.669 @ 116

    just plug it in, all the vehicles are already wired for the trans temp, they were just cheap and didnt give you the gauge

    nice thanks alot man i really wont to be able to keep an eye on my trany iv burnt up way to many

    hd clusters have trans temp too and they are usually cheaper...just FYI...

    thats what i run and it works perfect....but it says my truck has 140,000 miles tho...and i really only has 63,000

    Hey Ryan, just take that bad boy to the dealer and pay out the shorts to get it adjusted. Someone told me they can do it.

    they can only do 03 and up clusters at the dealer...nathan was gonna do it but he couldnt

    Man that sucks fat hairys. Well, on the bright side, if you ever sell it you have a cluster with far less mile on it than the truck actually has. Kind like mine, i have a factory cluster reading 28,xxx.
