how do i figure out what the paint code for my truck is with all those numbers in the glove box?

should look like this ducky. THE BC/CC means base coat/ clear coat.

This GMC Paint code is U8554 or WA8554.

This GMC paint code is U401E or WA401E.

....and in the top label the base color is 40U and 34U for the lower pic. If it was two tone, there would also be a XXL color (U = upper, L = lower). The WA number is the mix/tint number. Is 40 white or black?

wa 8554 is white If I remember correctly all of the color in gloves boxes with the "E" after the numbers were special colors. I will tell you the color here in a minute. Let me ponder for a minute.
