What are your thoughts on this issue?

Does anyone know if there are any self-exclusion initiatives for land-based casinos in certain regions?

The implementation of self-exclusion programs in land-based casinos can present unique problems compared to online platforms. Therefore, I believe that land-based casinos and Gamstop cannot be linked in any way. For example, ensuring effective enforcement and monitoring of self-excluded individuals in a physical casino environment may be more difficult. Online systems can easily block access based on user accounts, but for land-based casinos this would require vigilant personnel and robust identification processes. It would be interesting to examine how existing programs address these issues and what additional measures could be taken to ensure their effectiveness. Security measures and responsible gambling initiatives must continually evolve to keep up with changing gambling habits and technology.

I personally have never used Gamstop, but I am a frequent visitor to land-based casinos. I agree that self-exclusion programs should be available for both online and land-based gambling. While the social aspect of land-based casinos may be appealing, it is important to prioritize responsible gambling.
