Farmtruck, Any chance you make it to FL for some tunes??? Got a 06 Silverado 5.3L CC/SB that leaves a bit to be desired. Do you think you could make some good gains? Do you have any cores so I could keep my stock PCM for warranty work?

Unfortunately, I don't make it over there, but we can definitely get your CC running stronger!
Those '06's are so weak in timing and rich in a/f ratio, there is a lot of room for improvement. Plus, we'll tighten that transmission up so it won't shift so slow and sluggish.
I just got another core supplier and I'll be filled up to my neck in cores, so yes I'll have a core for you to keep. I'm also going to lower my core charges about 70%.
I do have some '06 cores, but I didn't get them for a good price.
Looking forward to making your truck stronger!!!

Allen, I'm definatly in. What is the best way for you to tune without being here, dyno graph with wideband? I'll be ready to buy in about a month, who though buying a truck was so expensive. What do you think your cores will be running with your new supplier for 06? Also what tune would work good for a 90 percent daily drive (66 mi each day), off road sometimes, some idle time, and tow occasionally about 6K lbs.
