Quick question about witch ECM to use

Im getting ready to do a LS transplant into my 1969 chevy. I have ran across a couple different possible donors. My question is... is there an ECM that is better than others or maybe a better question would be ones to stay away from? I will be using HPTuners if that makes a difference.

More than likely it will be a 3rd gen... I also might mention that i will be drag racing this truck. The plan is turbochared 6.0. But i might go with a 5.3 just because the are easier to find.

Carbureted with MSD Timing box. Phantom405 has a turbo ls with a carb and its running pretty strong from what I hear.

Its time to go with EFI. Been running carb for 20 years and with all the tunning software its crazy not to.

0411. Not sure what HP tuner has but EFI Live has custom operating system for these to handle boost.
