Hey Allen, gotta quick one for ya. I just recently installed exhaust cutouts on my truck. Since then, it seems like its not downshifting like it should. I'm pretty sure that I've lost a little bit of low end, but makes up for it up top. Anyways, should open exhaust like this have anything to do with the tune? Perhaps something got reset with the tune. My downshift speeds seem to be lower than they were before. Maybe its just my imagination but something seems just slightly amiss.

I hope my tranny's not going south on me.

that's actually a good idea v8! thanks.

I don't think I've heard of this problem, but I've seen a lot of wierd things before.
If you want to reset everything, before you go to bed tonight, disconnect your battery, that will reset the pcm, so will pulling the fuse, etc.

Yeah I checked everything to make sure nothing was out of place. I will try disconnecting the battery tonight and see what I come up with.
