04 SC Sierra 5.3L- 40 series Flowmaster w/ 3.73's and limited slip from the factory, 2/4 drop & 20's--- Nelson 93 Octane Tune
I've got the Nelson 91-93. I'm still going to run through one more tank before final MPG calculation. I'm trying hard as possible to drive easier than normal.
After 3 fill ups so far it's looking like about +3MPG on the hwy and about +1MPG for city lots of stop-n-go.
Base: 2004 Victory Red Silverado 1500 2WD RCLB, LR4, 4L60E, 3.73, HD Suspension, P245/75R16 Tires
Mechanical/Performance: Nelson 93 Octane Tune (See Slamma's CarDomain.Com Page for more details)
That's about what my economy went to. I consistantly get 19.5-20.5 straight freeway going 65-70mph.

Yeah I didnt gain a whole lot in town, although there was an increase, but on the highway i see at least 2 mpg that i can account for.
