Hi, well my truck isnt actually NBS, its an OBS 5.7 Vortec. I have a question about running the Nelson tune. I had Nelson program me a tune with the 160 tstat and Transgo shiftkit and corvette servo however I have yet to install these. Actually those parts are still in the mail. I am curious if it would be fine to install the tune before these parts or should I wait?

Also, Allen if you are reading this, have you shipped it yet? I am Mark Sudenga with the OBS 383 and mild cam.

    Thanks in advance, Mark.

do you have to send him a core back? if not i would wait it out.

if you need to send your old pcm back dont abuse the new tune. if allen took 100% torque management out in anticipation of a shift kit it could eat your tranny.

Nah itll be fine, I have only a vette servo in it with pretty firm shifs and no shift kit. I had him take out all of the TM. It's been fine so far and shows no sign of abuse.
