I love it, the sound at WOT is amazing! I would definately recommend it, I am saving up for the ram air scoop for it now. Are you thinking about a Nelson tune for your truck?

Nelson tune is very very simple. Remove your PCM and install the new PCM. 2 7MM bolts for the harness. They only fit one way so you cant get it back wrong. May have to do a relearn. Relearn is about 30 minutes.
Get the Neslon tune. Nothing compares to what allen can do with a PCM
