need someone to tune my computer

i have a nelson tune currently.
it needs some updating and some "correction".
i called nelson a few months ago concerning this and a lady said that
an alan will call me back. that didnt happen.
i called again and was told the same thing.
    so,
i understand if someone is busy or has a lot going on.
i feel that i have had the best of luck with nelson on other applications.
but i need a reprogram badly....

i harbor no ill will whats so ever, im not bashing anyone.

if nelson is too busy (which i can completely understand),
who else is a good tuner that i can send my ecu and trans module to?
i understand that ill have to pay for the full price of the tune but at this point,
    i dont mind.

    oh,
its a 2007 silverado new body style with dynatech long tube headers and offroad pipe and transgo reprogamming kit and zinc plate and corvette servo (tranny stuff and tune from nelson). k and n cold air intake, 2wd regular cab truck 5.3l 373 and towing package and 160 deg thermostat and housing.

this truck has basically been parked for the last 3 months due to work and
    other vehicles i drive everyday.
needless to say the battery is very dead now...

since the last tune, i havent driven the truck but maybe a 100 miles or so.
the check engine light comes on and the ac turns off and driver info says engine hot (with a 160 thermostat and yes my coolant system is fine).
also, 1 to 2 shift is awesome, 2 to 3 shift will hold until i lift off a qtr of the throttle. other than that, its perfect.

i know im a newb to this site but ive been lurking for about 3yrs now.
you guys and gals seem to be top notch in your knowledge of these trucks.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

(and yes i searched but i dont find much valuable info concerning what im looking for).

above was my last post on this site so that was around april of last year.
i installed the parts and the freshly tuned pc around may.

so since may, i dont think there is a 100 miles since.
i have been scared to drive is due to the tranny doing wierd 2 to 3 shift under
full throttle plus, ive had a few other projects going on with customers and my other vehicles.

Probably won't last long on this site complaining about NP, there seems to be a lot of odd disappearances lately

    ooohhh no no no....

i am not complaining. i mean no negativity at all.
i for one understand they are very busy and have a lot going on.
im not here to bash anyone at all.
ill be the first inline to say they do great work and it shows.
but my second tune had some issues which is no big deal, i just need it fixed.

i sent my wifes h3 pc to them last year and they did a wonderful job and its still doing great!

    no complaints what so ever.
i just need some immediate tuning.
    no big deal.
i dont mean to be rude at all.

why don't you ship the pcm to nelson, call them and say it is on the way and what you need done. Also put a note with it telling what you want done. you can also pm Farmtruc on the site, that is Allen.

allen is a busy man, you can also contact mel on the site, she usually gets back to you pretty quick

on a side note you'll have to buy another pcm if you want it tuned by someone else cause allen locks his tunes. unless you ship it to him to have it unlocked.
