I'm trying to get my PCM unlocked so I have a core to send to allen when I change over to his tune. Wheatley is pissed because I told him his tune isn't doing anything I wanted it to do, so he won't respond to me. I need to get my current one cleared asap so I can order my Nelson tune. What options do I have? Please Help!

I've heard a stock programming event with GM TI2web can do it too but I haven't tried.
If Allen can't or doesn't want to or Wheatly doesn't , I know Wait4Me will do it , or sell you one for $75 .

TISweb can not flash over a locked PCM.

If your tuner does not want to unlock it, we can sell you the PCM, for an additional 55.00 on top of the tune(300.00).

The only cable that can unlock the pcm is the cable that locked it.
I'm sure hptuners has some top secret way of unlocking the PCM's, but they aren't in that business.
