I try to connect the hp tuner to my escalade but I get a message that its not connected to the truck, everything on the computer and hp stuff is connected right cause if I go connected to the yellow truck it works, what could this be? Do I have a burn fuse?

o ive also had it happen when i turned the key on too early or later than i was supposed too.

its not yet registered, but I just wanted to see the vcm scanner, it worked on my friends truck too. I'm going to keep trying. Thanks.

Mine would not connect once and it was a fuse. I do not know which one though.
99RCSB Broke because I wasted thousands and thousands of dollars on my truck.
It is usually the fuse that goes to the cigar lighter.

Plug hpt into the obd connector only, does the box have power? If not, it's a fuse.
