I stopped in on a Friday evening at about 4:45 to see if I could get my truck tuned...figuring I'd have to get an appointment and wait till next week, Nelson had a few minutes to spare and proceeded to tune! What a great guy! Customer Satisfaction is definitely his game! He hooked up the laptop, we drove for about 20-30 minutes, I really am surprised of the fact that he asked me my preferences in the up and down-shift of the trans, rev limiter, and everything...A real customized tune...not some cracker box tune from Hypercrap or Stupid Chips! I've had the tune for 3 weeks now. MPG went up 2 MPG! Seat of the pants performance is outstanding for a stocker! My Crew Cab feels like a single cab truck now! Glad I didn't trade it in!
Again, I just couldn't be happier with the performance of my Nelson Performance Tune!
