Well I am glad you are rich as it gets... You can afford to build a "10sec" truck but cant afford to make a 15 hour trip.... I think Mitch made a longer trip then that just to play.. at SAR. First things first, why even have the debate over "oh look it only took me this much money to get a truck I paid 9k for to run such and such time. WHO CARES!!! Spend what you have, and run what you have. Your times are your times regardless of what you spent to get there.
All this bench racing cracks me up to. You either have it right now and talk about what your times are with it on there and run what you brung, OR you keep your trap shut til you do have it on there and have times to back it up. This, I will have this many horseypowers when I spend this next 2,000 dollars is rather humorous. If I wasn't 15 hours from Texas I'd be glad to join in the fun, if and when there is a Chebby Vs Ford showdown. Remember it's all about fun and there is always some one faster than you. No need for, oh give me two more months and I should have more boost and I should definitely take the Lightning with that. It's about what you have right now. PERIOD.
I will keep up with this site and hope to see some kind of showdown in the coming months. It looks to be a good showdown.
I just want two months so I can get my next cam in and a few bolt ons to play to. Right now I can only outrun with a STOCK lightning. So if it cracks you up so much come show us your truck.

I never came here flaunting my times or challenging anyone. I came here calling out you out for your semi bench racing, saying what you think you will be running when you get such and such put on in so many months from now. The fact is you've modded yours with that Semi long list of mods in your sig, and can barely hang with a fake N/A Llightning 5.4 engine truck. Until that horrible 2.0 60ft time with that mindboggling near 14 second pass gets better with all those mods, then it's probably best that you be a spectator for a while.
