bolts only on mounts, no welding. read above and it pretty much tells u it all. ull need to piece together the mounts but its simple. since ur doing a 5.3 i cant see any problems with it being a direct fit.

    Question,

I have an 01 5.3 which is cable driven throttle body, will I need a new cable from my 4.3 so that it will reach to the 5.3?

    good question .
No, the throttle cables are the same for the v6 models and the v8s.

Would it be better to purchase a 01 5.3 Computer Harness from a junkyard/truck similar, or a Custom made harness by nelson?

I would purchase one from a junkyard personally,
It is plug and play just like Nelsons but cheaper.

Can anyone tell me what SPECIFIC accessories will swap over from the 4.3 to a 4.8/5.3/6.0?

As far as I know nothing will swap over. Alternator, maybe but I doubt it will work either.

Can someone put up a list of everything you might need in terms of the accessories?
