    can't find bird's eye chili

Hey guys! I'm looking into cooking a recipe with bird's eye chili and can't find it. I need advice on what to replace it with. Please help!

Bird's Eye Chili is one of the spiciest chili peppers in the world, but it can be used in a variety of ways. You can use it fresh, dried, or even pounded into a paste and added to soups, curries, and stir-fries. If you're looking for a substitute for this chili pepper, consider using Serrano peppers instead (which are also quite hot). You can find a few more options on https://americasrestaurant.com/birds...i-substitutes/ .

I think it's fascinating to learn about the history of a food, and I'm not surprised that you didn't know about the different varieties of Bird's Eye Chili. I never knew about it either, and now I use it in all sorts of recipes. It's a great addition to any dish that needs a little kick!
