New going to start building the 5.3 in my sierra help

So I wanna start doing my 5.3 gonna do a rebuild ole girl has a few mile 223k on her.
I figure while it's apart why not upgrade the head bolts valve springs port it. And throw a turbo on it.
Now I know everyone has already done this and everyone is gonna tell me do research. Well to be completely honest I'm not sure where to begin and What to use some people tell me diesel turbo s. Some tell me Garrett or etc. What I am getting at is I want 600 to 700 whp.
So if someone would point me in a good direction of what to get.
    I know I'm gonna need 4l80e.
And to upgrade rear end. But not sure what to get? Just kinda need a build to base my truck off of.

First set your budget and hp goals.
    I see 700hp.

    What's your budget?

Rebuilding an engine is one thing, "throwing boost at it" is another.

Call someone like forcedinductions.com to get a straight answer and opinion on turbo selection, along with a few other opinions, you'll have a good answer.
