What is the stock specs for the injectors for my 2000 5.3 in a Z71 1500? and is it possible to give it a little more hp by increasing the fuel flow with higher flow injectors? If so, what size do you guys recomend?

Increasing fuel flow will not increase HP unless the engine is needing more fuel. All that will do is make it run rich. If your engine is stock then the stock injectors are plenty big enough.
