I am quickly approaching the end of my ls swap into my 95 2wd ext cab, but have yet to make final connections from the ls harness to the truck to get gauges and speedo to work. I do have the motor installed as well as the stand alone harness in the truck. The motor starts and sounds great, however, I went to put it in gear to test new trans and the shift interlock is engaged. It will not come out of park with the engine running. I used the 95 neutral safety switch and the 4 wire plug on it feeds both the ls harness as well as the truck harnesses. I am missing something? The truck before the swap would shift from park engine running or not with the key on as long as you touched the brake pedal. Any help would be appreciated, I have yet to make the connection from the ls harness to the truck harness for the tcc brake hook up, maybe that is the issue? I'd like to have the interlock work as gm intended, but would not be opposed to a quick fix that eliminates this feature, ideas?
