01 silverado lowering question

I have a 01 shortbed and want to drop it so question is spindles or coil springs ?what is my best options alignment and tire wear .Im not looking to slam it just a nice 2 or 3 front and 4 in rear

Spindles. Factory ride quality, don't have to change your shocks, and less suspension geometry changes so it will align like stock
