LM7 swap headers contact ORD leaf spring shackle

So this can likely be summed up (in regards to the problem) as "ebay headers". However, My question is this; is anyone running an LS swap with long tube headers on a 4wd truck (my frame happens to be a '77 K-10) AND using ORD's heavy duty front shackles? I'm running into a couple issues and the pictures below show it. On the passenger side, I really had to work to get the header installed, and it's making contact with the nut from the rear upper leaf spring bolt....and the bolt isn't even close to installed or seated. Torquing it down will likely push it inward making greater contact with the header.

On the driver side, I'm making contact with the frame a little bit but the ORD heavy shackle is literally preventing me from even getting the header to sit flush with the cylinder head. Also my frame is powder coated so I'm not going to go cutting away at it.

I saw Summit has Schoenfeld Headers 1302LS1 and even one of the reviews was that it fit perfect in a '77 4x4 but that the driver side bung needed relocating. Do I have options with this current setup or are these headers going to be in my hands soon and my other issue is I'd hate to spend $300 on headers to have them make contact as well. Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's a photo of the current project for fun: '77 frame, 14-bolt, Dana 44, 4.56's, lockers front rear, 8" Superlift from ORD, 15x14 Barts, 37x14.50r15 Toyo MT, LM7/4L60E

what if you cut the collector off and re position to get the room needed so its not contacting the shackle, i think that would be the easiest fix instead of buying new headers
