    what kida power?

    going to be getting a new motor for the truck the 5.3 is on its way out... heres what im thinking

    lq4.
    317 heads. may have them cleaned up see what $$$ brings
    custom cam, dont know by whom yet.
    Arp head bolts.
    brian tooley double spring kit.
    Brian tooley push rods
    ls7 lifters
    turion upgrade for the rockers?
    Thinking thats about it. i may try and do the tbss upgrade that x-link tho :/

    dyno's vary, fuel grade is a big factor for timing, weather, etc, depends on those kind of details.

    i'm thinking to get 700 hp to the wheels, it'll need to be on the ragged edge and some octane help, lots of timing, lean and mean.
    i also think it'll be strictly a dyno tune and not intended for the street.

    for those who don't tune on a dyno; af ratio and timing can be a lot more aggressive vs the street. (weight, rolling resistance, etc)

    Yea its gunna be a street truck im 1/2 tempted to turn it into a pre-runner once I get my other truck would be fun. If you had a 6.0 with P&P heads and were limited to 91 and meth. same turbo set up what cam would you guys go with?
