    '68 Truck

    Finally bringing my '68 short/fleet side truck to the shop next week.
    Been a long time; my stuff is always on the back burner.

    Originally came with a 468ci with good power. Bought unfinished.

    Getting a gen4 5.3/60e with all the convienence of a modern truck.
    AC. Cruise. Remote start. Good suspension. Gonna be as stock as stock.
    Just want a cruiser.

    It'll be for sale after I complete it.

    Edit:

    Got me a 4th Gen engine. Ray tore it down, inspected and removed DoD, upgraded to a melling oil pump, dual springs (spare set put to use), Z06 cam and all new gaskets.
    Dirty Dingo mounts.
    Gen4 harness gonna get built soon.
    60e with shiftkit.
    of course gonna clean it some more and paint it, well ray is doing it all.

    yeah right, it may be stock as stock but i'm sure it'll have a turbo sooner or later and looking to be sooner more than later hahaha

    ya, prob gonna keep the straight six, or a diesel conversion.
