    I'm hearing the same thing on a local forum. I've heard that the place already looks picked apart and deserted. trap signs down and all.

    just because the sale may be bogus doesnt mean that the facility wasnt foreclosed on... it doesnt look good from what i've heard.

    I'll say this..........when freddy opens his mouth, it is very rare that something legitimate comes out. So, I don't put much faith in that article.
