    Bad ground or possibly another sensor keeping the plug from getting the ground signal...cam sensor, map sensor, etc may have a broken or shorted out wire in the harness

    Have you tried a new pn switch? Or moving the selector inside the switch and having some one try to start it? Any possible way it could've done something to VSS when drive shaft came out?

    Yes ive changed it out, as far as I know the vss wont stop it from starting, but no it looks fine

    If it cranks the PRNDL is fine. My bet is a broken wire in the harness somewhere.

    that aint no shit im almost to that point, so even though it is tuned, and I switched out PCMs to make sure I didn't fry one, is it possible that the vehicle theft system in the BCM is causing this, there is no security light on, im just asking should I do a security relearn even though vats is off

    You need to see if the computer is reading rpms, do the injectors pulse? That will give you a starting point. If the security light goes out with ignition on its fine.
