Ill be there! Looking forward to it!
2000 GMC Sierra 1500 RCSB 2wd - 454 LSX powered drag truck...
All in all I enjoyed it, since it was the first real shootout I have been to aside from the Houston Fiesta... lol More racing, did expect a bigger turn out of the heavy hitters though. Running into my trans builder was a surprise, he was there seeing how the Twin Turbo Nelson truck would run had no clue it was a Jakes TH400 in it. Hope to see more out of that truck.
O yeah, all the monster truck shit was annoying lol
Only thing that would have really made it better was to be racing, man did that eat @ me, plan to do that next year.

2002 Silverado - 427Lsx w/ Twin gt4202s
2010 Silverado crewcab Z71 - 5.3litre w/ procharger
2000 Wrangler - 5.3litre with some stance
2014 Xsport- 3.5 Eco boost
412 Motorsports
it ain't that I'm too big to listen to the rumors, It's just that I'm too damn big to pay attention to 'em..That's the difference
The Sierra ran great.
The one thing that made it most impressive and promising.
It was the first time out with this thing.
Owner loved it and it performed just as we expected.
Sixo with good pistons and rods, stock crank, stock heads w springs of course.
Th400, 3.55 gears.
Twin Magnum 70's.
We wanted a mid nine from it and got it!
The passes started out slow but safe. New setup u never know.
Fourth pass after dialing in timing and fuel safely, launch was set at 7psi, 17psi down the track.
Resulted in a
1.48 sixty foot
9.4 @ 146 mph
Very happy with the outcome. We aren't looking to break records but have a good solid consistent truck; which seems to be rare lol.
Prob gonna turn it up to a 15psi launch, 22psi down the track.
On a cold day u never know.
Figuring a 1.31-3 sixty and a deep nine. 9.05 be nice.
Gotta a set of 255 trickflow waiting to be installed if he wants 8's
Geez how times have changed. A 3500 dollar engine (of course with all the stuff not included ) running low nines lol.
I'm sure there r vids.

They r .96 ar.
Q trim.
Next time we will put the 2step to use.
Launch was on Tbrake only.
Initially it takes a little longer to spool.
2-3psi initially then takes its time to 5-6psi, then pressure just rises immediately.
We will activate the step around 3400rpms or so to get it going.
The AMS works good on launch control
