    10 bolt strength

How much power can a 10-bolt handle with only a trutrac? Can a 10-bolt be strengthened to hold a fair amount of power? I'm specing out my next build and I have no idea what to do about the rear end. Suggestions?

Hey, if it's on the internet it must be true!

Unfortunately, you never hear about all the rebuilding and carnage that comes along with it.

Turbo 5.7 in this red truck here at the shop, broke axles twice with all stock rearend, just a good posi.
It was only running mid 10's., ain't messing around this time, getting a 9", 35spline, trutrac posi

Answer: I just depends and you'll never get a solid answer, because one guys answer was just negated by the next post.

I am in the process of specing out my next buiild. I am only making as much power as my Cruze makes from the factory. I'm doing my homework now so I install the proper rear end from the get-go. Suggestions on a rear end if I plan to make 800ish at the wheels?
