    65 p/u 5.3

    Hi guys putting 5.3 in my buddys 65 truck, he wants to run LS1 car intake for better looks and install a CC 220/224@.050 with .532/.532 lift on a 112LSA. My question are stock ls1 injectors going to support cam, fueling needs, think they are 24lbs, also has 3.73 gears. stock stall will just see what it needs far converter down the line, at this point it get together with the correct injectors and tune from there, any thoughts thinks.

    Ya'll, veryly convinced him of this one, he wanted to go with something a little smaller. This is mainly a show truck, not looking for all out performance. Not sure I can do much more considering I know he wishes to stay with LS6 springs. What do you have in mind.

    i ran my tr220 cam with ls6 springs with about 16k on it and havent had any issues?
