    I am sure you know this trick and have thought about it but.... Have you thought of adding an idler pulley to increase belt wrap? Something sorta like this?

    It has two that are located under the charger pulley, has pretty good wrap.
    it's a little disappointing that with a smaller pulley we're only see low boost and that we're already getting belt slip.

    that's fine tho, next time it'll be mandatory 8 rib regardless of setup.
