What year 80e is it? What shift kit you put in it, and what firmness? It could not the right fluid it or not enough fluid

Yea I'd be suspicious of the tune but the absolute most important question here is what exactly is failing? Same component(s) every time or different ones? You need to find out specifics if you don't know them already. Surely after 4or5 your builder has to know what is killing them. If you're burning clutches up, which ones? Have you or your builder put a gauge on it and checked line pressure?

Iv seen some 80e builders use the wrong style fitting in the rear cooler fitting. It doesn't lube properly

Clutch failure every time mainly 2nd. Has the long fitting for the rear cooler line. I feel like it's a tune issue but not sure.... No shift kit in it basically all factory unit besides trying alto red clutches and kevlar clutches and its a newer 80 with the separate cooler line fittings

Sounds like clutch pack clearance or possible bad piston seal or center support seal. You should have checked the pressure on the test port of the trans , that would tell you what's really going on.
