    Had the customer basicly tell me....

    Thats cuz its a factory defect.


    4.8, TSP 220, 6L90 swap, 3400 Stall, 4.10s w/30" drag radial and T76 @ 16lbs.

    Hahaha, wish I would have took a pic of the one I changed under warranty a few months back. 09 4x4, workorder said service 4x4 light on, took it for a roadtest and all I heard was cling cling cling out of the front and you could smell burnt diff fluid. Put it up and the one case half was split in 2 pieces and the other half was split in 3 pieces. Looked like the axle seal leaked all the fluid out, one of the pinion bearings seized and kaboom!
