Well, the issue isn't resolved. Converter bolts are tight as hell. Flexplate isn't cracked.

I have figured out that it only does it when warm. Literally, almost as soon as I hit 210 on the gauge (actually 194 on scanner) it begins to knock. The scanner is showing no KR, oil level is good. Oil pressure is good. I'm beginning to think it is in the bottom end.

I'm skipping class in the morning to do an oil change. Maybe try a thicker oil.

Does the noise happen every revolution of the motor? when you say it is when the motor is warm is it an instant when the noise starts or does it sort of get louder as it warms up the last bit?

The last little bit it does come in quiet then get louder. Within 5 seconds it is full volume. Seems like every rotation.
