Buzzer comes on when I hit the brakes and seat belt light won't go off?

I just finished with the wiring on my swap and hooked up the battery for the first time. The seat belt light is on even without the key in the ignition and when I hit the brake pedal, the buzzer goes off.

Any ideas? I hooked the speedo, tach, and MIL wires from the swap harness directly to the back of the gauges.

I have a 95 K1500 work truck. Using the PSI Conversions swap harness.

Sounds like when we wired my friends brake light to his horn in High School. LOL!! Good luck.
