Very stout truck. That 50mph pull looked too sick, congrats!!

Most sports require one ball, motocross requires two.
Racing isn't a matter of life and death, it's much more important than that.
How's the under hood temps looking?
actually not too bad, I had to wrap a few things but overall no big deal. When we were tuning it was 40 degrees outside and the highest the IAT's got was 75 degrees

Smart move selling off the 60E before it grenaded into a pile of worthless parts, lol.
Big slow mud truck with a TUNE!!!!!!
Lol my thoughts exactly. I can't swing the Neal chance converter so I'm going back with a circle d. I called Chris and I think I got it figured out. Just have to install my nitrous kit on my buddy's TA to get the rest of the cash

Building the truck GM never did..
Its holding up just fine! Running strong too. I need to do a little tuning bc it was tuned when it was 40 degrees outside and now its easily twice that so the afr is in the mid to high 10s. Other than that its doing great, I spanked a c6 the other night on the interstate, it was extra rewarding bc he had his girl with him and when I gave him a rev they both laughed as if I didnt have a chance hehe. Anyway here are some pics of the tranny. Its a local built TH400 with a TH375 tailshaft, a modified shifter shaft to accept my PRNDL switch from the 60e and it has the temp sensor mounted inside the pan. I went with a Circle D 3B stall and it is a huge difference. I loved the old Circle D but I was blowing through it with the new found power. Here are the pics:

Ready to go in!
Mount I built that bolts to the stock crossmember
Modified shifter shaft, half 60e half 400

Here is a picture of it in and all ready to go
I drilled and tapped the rear steam vent plugs and ran the hoses to the front one and Tee'd it into the hose that runs to the radiator.
Here is the new driveshaft. Its 3.5" .083 wall with 1350 yokes and solid u-joints
