    HOW TO bolt 1999 6.0 with cast iron heads to a 4l60e

    i got a 6.0 and im swapping it to my 1500. and i noticed when i was about to put it in the crank stuck out more. and with the flexplate off the 5.3 wont have the right offset... is it possible to put this motor to a 4l60e or do i need a 80?? THANKS GUYS

    Use the flat flywheel on the 6.0. Redo the converter bolt holes to match the 3 bolt pattern of your 60e converter
    Slowest in Oklahoma...

    and please do yourself a favor and get rid of those awful iron heads!!! they weigh about 70 lbs each!!!!
