    Lextech's A/C Bracket Kit

Kit Parts.jpgI just finished making an A/C bracket kit that will allow the stock A/C compressor and lines to be used when doing a Gen3 install. I have seen a lot of 96-2000 GMT400 to Gen3 swaps that just delete the A/C system. I looked into it and couldn't find a kit that I really liked. So, I thought I would try to make my own. Here is what I came up with.Tensioner.jpgAlt Clearance.jpgBolts and Coil.jpgFront View.jpg
I made 5 kits just to see if there is any interest in it. The nubs need to be cut off of the A/C compressor bolts to fit the bracket and the #1 coil needs to be moved over at the top to clear the compressor. I don't have a GEN3 engine in my truck. I have measured about 40 times and it should have plenty of hood clearance.
