MAF before or after the SC?

I recently bought a Powerdyne BD11A kit for a 00-02. I made it work for my 04 5.3L. I didn't exactly have clear instructions when installing it. I went with 42# injectors and Nelson tune instead of the FMU. Long story short....i blew the motor 2 weeks later, no compression in cylinder #2 and #4.
I believe the Procharger and the front mount turbo systems have the maf sensor after the turbo/sc. I had mine before my sc at the filter...is that why mine popped? too lean/incorrect read?.. I'm new at all this and i'm deployed right now so I can't be home to investigate. Any help would be great.

After the blower.. alot of people get rid of it, go with a SD style tune. Alot of people keep the MAF..
