I just installed a kit on the Silvy and also did not want to drill any holes. You can run the main feed line through the frame rail all the way to the back and up and through the boxed openings used to put hooks. My kit came with a 16ft line and it needed to be about 3-4 feet longer to do it that way. If you drill a hole or mount the bottle in the bed but closer to the cab you will not need such a long line. You can see pics of my install on PT.

Honestly, I wouldn't want the bottle anything but bolted down. You're dealing with a container that has upwards of 900psi in it. You could weld studs to the bed floor and mount the brackets to those, time comes you want to get rid of them, just grind them off and a bit of paintwork no one would ever know. Plus with your no hole rule, how are you going to fun the feed line?

i got ideas on the feel line.. living in the salt region i fear drilling holes in perfectly sound sheet metal.. seen too many of those rust away to well, you get the idea

Understandable. I drilled 5 holes for the brackets and feed. Coated the bare metal with a rust converter, painted it, then put rubber grommets in each hole. I hope to hell that helps.

yeah thats my only complaint about drillin holes..
i do have a couple other ideas.. not sure if they are really feasable.
if i found a hard toneau that fit with the ISS spoiler, id just mount them to the underside of that...
