Daily Driver Turbo lq4 set up

Hey guys. I've got a 2006 silverado 2500hd ext cab. Its got the lq4 6.0 and 4l80e with 54k miles. Stock 4.10 gears. Actually the entire truck is stock as of right now. I have researched so much over the past couple weeks about the set up i wanna run. This truck is and will be a daily driver but a weekend warrior so to speak at the strip. Here is a list of the parts im going to install. Remember i want this thing to hold up. oh and i'd love to get 10-12psi on it... is that even possible with a daily driving set up??
-Mahle forged dish pistons and rings
-ARP head and main studs. Rod bolts.
-Custom 1 3/4 Headers to a 2.5 inch crossover pipe to the other header.
    -S475 turbo with 1.32 A/R
-Snow performance water/meth injection (stage 2)
-Universal intercooler (27.5"x11.75"x3") 3" inlet and outlet.
    -Cam--- custom grind.
    -60lb injectors
    -2 bar MAP sensor
    -Custom Neslon Performance tune
    -Transgo stage 2 shift kit
    -High Flow Cats
    -Autometer guages

I have no clue as to the blow off valve and wastgate to use??? Will i need a quick spool valve with this turbo??? Biggest question is what torque converter to use?? What fuel pump set up?? max psi for a street truck?? Anything that you see thats missing please fill me in on it. My biggest goal is for it to have streetable manners and last as long as would if i didnt add andy upgrades to the engine. Thanks in advance for your help.

If youre going to have Nelson do the tune why not go with one of there "ugly" kits...they have been performing really well.

LS motors are holding 10-12 pretty well. You're talking about having forged internals anyway. No problems for you.

Sounds good. So what stall converter should i get. I dont want it to act like a drag car on the street. Thats my main concern i want it to be dirveable everyday. Having good street manners but a good stree/strip set up.
