LS1Truck Member needs our support - accident!

I wanted to share and reach out to all the members for support for one of our fellow members.

His name is Anthony, 21 years old and his member name is 04T76. I went to school for many years and worked with him.

He's part of the family and we're really close friends.

He was critically injured on August 14th in a terrible truck accident. He's been in ICU since the wreck and hasn't been awake.
His truck was totaled, but more importantly he's stable now.
He broke his head, back, sternum, knee, ankle and foot. All the surgery has been completed and he's recovering, but not awake.

Anthony is being taken care of very well due to his insurance, but every time I visit him, his family is just plain broken down. His mom hasn't been to work since the accident and doesn't go home; she is completely worn out! The dad is the same way!

I guess this post is about helping out the family, the mom and dad. Since the accident, they haven't worked, due to the unthinkable happening.

They haven't asked for anything, but knowing them so well, I know they need help financially. I have collected a few bucks from the locals that know him and that has meant a lot!

So members, what do you say, would it be possible for you to donate what you can?
Every little bit helps and I am donating as much as I can.
I know they need the help and 04T76 will be in the hospital for quite some time.

If all of us donate a little bit, it will add up to be a lot.
I'll keep you updated on Anthony's progress and how much we collect for the family.

Hey guys, erica just told me she posted this, so I'll chime in.

Yes Red, it's the kid that worked here. He still comes by 3-4 times a week to hang out and say hi.

We're not sure how it happened exactly, we'll get the details when he's concious, but who knows if he'll remember.
We do know his truck flew off the bridge down to the lower level.
Medics did say he had his seatbelt on, luckily.

I'm close to Anthony as well, he's my little buddy.
I saw them the other day as well, plus I speak to his dad on a regular basis and they could use some help.

Well GD! I wish him well, he seemed like such a good person when I met him. Hopefully he'll be able to recover fully. Crap like that sucks for such a young man that has his whole life ahead of him.
