    Weight Reduction.......

Alright i have completely modded the truck out and am now adding a sweet nitrous setup to it and am hoping for mid to low 11's. There is pretty much nothing else i can do to make this setup any faster.

So now i am trying to figure out what i can get rid of to shave some weight.

Here is what is gone already:
    Tailgate
    Hitch
    Spare Tire

What else could i safely remove???

I also need some stock front runners if you guys know someone who has a set???

    Thanks,
    Brent

His truck is the definition of stripped. It's seen the sawzall and the cut off wheel. If you dont want to do that, lose your spare tire jack, move the battery to the bed (not a reduction but still good to do), center console or jump seat, spare crossmember, juke padding under the carpet, any audio stuff you have, take an ex lax and throw up before you go to the track. Just get creative there's lots to be taken out.

is your truck the work truck package, roll up windows, manual seats, my truck weighs in at 3806 empty and i really hadnt removed any weight except what has been mentioned, it still has the rear bumper and stock hood. i did go 4 link and fuel cell with race seats, that dropped some nice weight, remember this you can have all the power you want but if you cant plant it, it does you NO good.. my truck is a mid 11 sec truck even in the heat running NA on a stock short block.. are you running all motor?

you mention you are modded out? to me i bet youre not or you may be mismatched on a few mods.

i see your plans are 11 sec's, are you planing to do this NA..? and whatever you do dont cut up your truck
