Hey Guys, these questions get asked quite a bit, and what better way than to make a sticky with all the part numbers you'll need. I'm open to suggestions, but for now I'll just start listing the parts. If you've done one, please reply and let us know, it'll be helpful to a lot of us.

    -PCM:
99/00: Service Number 09354896 - used for manual throttle cable TB
01/02: Service Number 12200411 - used for manual throttle cable TB
    '03: Service Number 12576106 - electronic throttle
    '04: Service Number 12586242 - electronic throttle
If you're swapping a Gen III engine in an old body style truck, you have these PCM service numbers to choose from. There are exceptions, but this sums it up.

    -Engine Mounts: hotrodlane.cc

-Complete Engine from oil filter to harness: www.hi-wayatuo.com

I'll continue to update this as you guys reply with part numbers. Once this post gets very informative, we'll make a FAQ out of it.

    thanks for your input,

    allen

OK, here is what I have:

    EGR blockoff plate: 12558346
    Transmission cooler lines: 15052885 150522879
    Throttle cable: 15712337
    Cruise control cable: 15712334

That throttle cable will work in a 88-98 P/U you just hafta file the hole in the firewal a little.

Just a FYI the 12200411 PCM was used for electronic throttle on 01/02 models. MY '02 had ETC from the factory and that is the # it uses.

I have more part numbers but they are just misc gaskets, etc.
