I'll start, we need some hotel information, I'll be going to holiday inn down the road to see if group rates apply.

there will be a gathering at the shop, NP, if you guys want, bbq and hanging out, but we're closing it down at 10pm for the next big day!

Ok, just got back from the Holiday Inn down the road.
Here's the scoop.

For a regular bedroom, with 2 beds, it's $109
For a suite, comes with King or Queen beds, and a couch, $119.

Regular rooms rates are $129, so that's not a bad discount.

He can put all of you guys on the same floor, any floor.
