    Ran the Avalanche

Went out there with a couple guys, decided to run the Av.
With no prep or slicks, or launching with boost, it ran a 13.0 @105.

I'm feeling good about it because my best time with the old setup was my best and it took everything the truck had to run that 12.99.
    Old setup was a 5.3/same cam/60e/stock tires/slicks/stockbrakes/racegas/tons of timing/weight reduction (hahaha).

This time: 6L/same cam/80e/20's/noslicks/hugebrakes/full weight and tune was setup for street.
I'm surprised the big ol truck had a 2.0 60ft with street tires and crappy track prep. I think the bags in the rear helped, allows it to squat a bit.

I'll head back out there when there's more time. I'd like to get a 12.50 out of it, but who knows.

btw, it was fun Mark, let's head out again!

Shweet, I wouldn't mind running a 13.0 with my truck. And all I want it to do, is tow lol.
GET OUT OF HERE WITH THAT RICER MATH!

If done right you can still tow, and the power makes it easier to tow!

you know it has a whole lot more in it if you turn up the wick.

Not bad, what was the mph?
    Is that on 10psi?

Ya, I was tempted to, but 7/8psi was just fine for the night. It runs out of fuel on 12psi, but I'll fix that later.
I'd like to run it down the track with 15psi just once, I think that would take the fastest avalanche record. Not saying it has the most hp, but just strictly 1/4 mile times. I know there are more serious avalanche's out there, but I never hear of any 1/4 mile times from them.
Maybe a little meth and 12psi next week.
