I have no idea how that works...i say make a good friend that just so happens to do inspections.

mercuno, as far as cats it depends on your state/county laws. The county I live in it's just a visual check. the year of the engine dose not matter. Also by year and model.

All inspections go on year model of truck so if you don't want cats you don't need them for inspection. Our trucks only need saftey.
