Like how you turned the drain on the hx to an air bleed. Really nice idea. That dual cross flow set up is a nice unit for sure. Used them in the past. Just remember to set your water pump below the water tanks lowest point. Helps keep it from cavitating. The water tank also needs to be above the IC or it may drain back wards giving you air pockets later or even a messy floor.
I have an inline radiator cap to install, gonna put it as the highest point, weld it to the side of the a/w intercooler.
I have the pump mounted below the heat exchanger, check out that last pic.

I'll add the watertank later, right now we'll see how well it cools. I'm thinking of installing the watertank in the corner on the passenger side.

    later,
    allen

Why does the piping loop down in front of the fans and then up into the throttle body? Can't you keep it short and turn it directly into the throttle body? Seems like all of that heat from the radiator blowing on the pipe would increase your IAT. Maybe I'm missing something...?

No, that's "speed soak" you're thinking of, Mic.
